When I have a hard day, I make sure I walk all the way home from lab (about 2.5 miles). It's a great chance to be outside, clear my head, see some people living their lives, and watch the sun go down.
Dogs probably do judge you, but they can't say anything and they love you anyway.
I need to stretch more frequently. Maybe I'll start stretching every night before bed for five minutes instead of staring at my phone.
