Here is where you can find updates on what yoga I'm doing this week, my dog, and photography skills via my Instagram feed. Scroll down a bit further and find a list of the books I've read, listen to my recently played songs, and read some of the random musings I have that aren't directly science related.

I always stop and smell flowers in a yard I walk by. I think some people will be freaked out by it, but I think a few people will love that I'm appreciating the hard work they put into their garden.

When I have a hard day, I make sure I walk all the way home from lab (about 2.5 miles). It's a great chance to be outside, clear my head, see some people living their lives, and watch the sun go down.

Dogs probably do judge you, but they can't say anything and they love you anyway.
